Alexandra R. Whitmore is Founding Principal and Chief Executive of SCGK & Co. She founded the firm on a single observation: households run on the same economic logic as institutions, yet are handed none of the same instruments.

She spent more than twenty years as a Chief Information Officer at JPMorgan Chase, running large-scale technology budgets and platform operations — work in which every recurring cost is inventoried, benchmarked, and justified on a fixed cadence, and in which data integrity is a non-negotiable operating standard. That discipline — most waste hides in plain sight, in agreements nobody rereads — became the firm's Detect, Analyze, Optimize methodology and its secure, high-performance digital platform.

She sets the firm's review standards, chairs the quarterly publication cycle, and reads every member-facing report before it ships. She is responsible, by name, for the accuracy of the figures the firm publishes.
