Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SCGK & Co ("the Service"), a digital financial-wellbeing platform designed to help U.S. households improve financial clarity and optimize monthly spending.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the Service

All information is general and educational.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

Subscription & Billing

The Service operates on a recurring subscription model:

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. SCGK & Co does not store payment card details.

Automatic Renewal and Free Trial

New members may start a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. One free trial is allowed per person.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership automatically converts to a paid subscription at $1.99 per month (plus applicable tax), charged on the last day of the trial and renewed monthly until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time in Account Settings — a single confirmation step, with no phone calls or chat required. Cancelling during the trial stops all charges; you keep access until the trial end date. Cancelling after conversion stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Refund policy: a full refund of the first monthly charge is granted on request within 7 days of that charge. Contact sgk@scgk.com or request it in Account Settings.

If a trial ends without conversion, your account moves to a limited view and your data is retained for 30 days in line with our Privacy Policy, after which it may be deleted.

User Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on SCGK & Co are owned by SCGK.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Governing Law

For EU users: Bulgarian law applies.

For U.S. users: Delaware law governs commercial interpretation.
